  • DELIVERANCE EVANGELISTIC CHURCH MISSONARY TEAM VISITED NIGERIA-OCTOBER 17-27, 2009

A team of missionaries, led by Rev. Lawrence, mission director, from Deliverance Evangelistic Church in Philadelphia was accompanied by Michael Ladele, director IBPR outreach ministry to Lagos, Nigeria for evangelism. These seasoned missionaries were warmly received by their host Pastor/Colonel (rtd.) Henry Ladele.

Pastor Ladele and Rev. Richardson led the team to the Village of Ogombo, where they visited the King of the Village, who received the American missionaries warmly.

The team also visited another Village, called Alagunta, an area of pagans and animists. Host Pastor Ladele said “it appears as if the Deliverance Evangelistic Church Pastor, Rev Glen Spaulding and the Holy Ghost sent the missionaries specifically to confront the powers of darkness,” and he pleaded for their a return trip to Nigeria. The team distributed considerable gifts of food and clothing items to people in the village
